After months of excruciating physical rehabilitation, Detroit Comedy Legend returns to the stage after miraculously surviving a car crash that nearly claimed his life, legendary comedy-icon, Skeeter Murray, makes his highly anticipated return to the stage on January 22, 2022, in his live stand-up show, “Unfinished Business.”
WHO: Headliner: Skeeter Murray has shared the stage with comedy legends like Cedric the Entertainer, DL Hughley, Bernie Mac, Dave Chappelle, and Richard Pryor. He’s a comedian, director, producer, media personality and a survivor. The opening acts for “UNFINISHED BUSINESS” are Martini Harris and Tony Frederick.
WHY: During his months of revolutionary recovery and rehab, Skeeter Murray knew that he had unfinished business to tend to. This show is the culmination of healing, faith, and 100% hilarity. Murray explains, "Everybody needs to laugh, because sometimes humor is our way to keep hope alive – So that you know that no matter what is going on, things will get better."
Anthony is a native New Orleanian with Creole roots and is of French, Spanish, German, Cuban, Mexican, African American and European Jewish ancestry. Anthony began as a model then turned to theatre landing the role of Jack in an Actors Equity production of Tennessee Williams' The Rose Tattoo in 1995. Anthony also writes and performs Stand Up Comedy winning multiple competitions and is considered one of the top 5 funniest people in the gulf south 6yrs straight.

Martini Harris knew what he wanted to do at the age of 7-years-old as he would perform comedy for his family; his mother labeled him "Little Comedian." Martini got his first break at his high school talent show held at Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Detroit, Michigan where the world-renowned Gladys Knight attended with her cousin, William Guess (one of the Pips). Mrs. Knight saw a light in Martini and recommended him to Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle. Since then he took this path of comedy serious and won numerous comedy competitions like the "Miller Genuine Draft Comedy Search" where he won 1st place in 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2004; he was the 2nd Place winner for the "Bacardi Comedy Competition" and a Finalist for the "Canadian Mist Comedy Competition."
Harris has a unique way to his audience hearts and it's called "Hilarious Love". He has been seen on B.E.T.'s Comic View, Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam, and One Mic Stand hosted by Kevin Hart. Martini Harris performed at various comedy clubs across the US such as The Improv (Miami FL, West Palm Beach FL, and Los Angeles CA), City Theater, Joey's Comedy and Yuk Yuks Comedy Club (Toronto, ON). He recently showcased at the legendary, Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY. Martini has toured and opened for the likes of Steve Harvey, Mike Epps, Rickey Smiley, Tommy Davidson, Katt Williams, Bruce Bruce, D.L. Hughley, DeRay Davis, Corey Holcomb, Arnez J., Jackie Flynn, John Duress, Bazile, Angel Salazar, Eddie Griffin, Boyz II Men, Chaka Khan, R. Kelly, Kem, The Temptations, Gladys Knight & The Pips as well been a featured Comedian for the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" (Sky cast) and East Coast College Tour.
As an actor, Harris featured in movies that hit the big screen such as: "The Corner Store", "Train Up a Child", "True Law" and "The Next Generation". He was also featured on the rapper Redman's album "The Malpractice".
Martini Harris was inspired by the late great Richard Pryor and even channeled the legend to create a great piece called, "Channeling a Legend: Richard Pryor", which can be viewed on YouTube. He takes his inspirational talents to write his own comedy material. As a writer, he blends sarcasm, irony and realism into his works of art to bring his audience to its knees. He loves to share his experiences and imagination to highlight the past, present and future.
Martini Harris is a professional comedian, actor, writer and impressionist who is loving life and traveling across the country (and overseas) to share his unique style of comedy. His brand of comedy will make you think, clap or have you on the edge of your seat in laughter. He's been known to capture the very essence of tough times and make them relatable through comedy.
